As a fun way to celebrate, the Prosser PTO is offering a tasty way for parents to bring a little bit of joy into their student's day by offering a delicious sugar cookie (by Pineapple Pastries) delivered with a special note from you to your student on December 4th which is the official National Cookie Day! :) You can choose either a decorated cookie (colored frosting with sprinkles) or a cookie kit that can be decorated at home. The cost is $5.
We are sending order information out now given the upcoming holiday break and the time needed to get everything ready. Orders will be due by November 18th for delivery on December 4th following the Thanksgiving break.
We will be offering the ability to pay online at prosserpto.com, but it will be important to still fill out the paper order form and either 1) include the online payment order# or 2)attach a printout of the online order receipt. Attached you will find more information and a copy of the order form as well. Students at KRV and Whitstran will have this order form and flyer sent home in their (Nov 6) Wednesday folders while Heights will have them sent home with your students (so check their backpacks). PROSSER PTO BMX SHOW COMING NEXT WEEK SEPTEMBER 26TH! Mark your calendar for the upcoming BMX Big Air Show next Thursday evening at 6:00pm. All elementary students are welcome with their families. Doors will open at 5:30pm and snacks will be available for purchase until the show begins. Come join the fun!

Just a fun update on our Coin Wars between the three elementary schools! As of right now, Whitstran is in the lead with $0.96/student raised followed by a close $0.84/student at KRV and right on their tail is Heights with $0.79/student! It's anyone's guess right now who will be on top by Friday afternoon. Dig deep in those couch cushions and dryer vents and let's see how far we can reach! The students have already brought in upwards of 15,000 coins at a total of $922.12 between the three schools! Fantastic job!

Good morning Whitstran Families,
It is time to schedule Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences!
Conferences will be held In-Person on Wednesday, October 9th from 8am-6pm, and Thursday, October 10th from 8am-11:30am. Students are encouraged to attend their conference. There is No School on Friday, October 11th. The sign up window will close on Wednesday, September 25th. Anyone who has not signed up for a conference after the 25th will be assigned one by the teacher.
Please follow the instructions below to schedule a 20 minute appointment with your student(s) teacher.
1. Sign in to Skyward Family Access. If you do not know your username and/or password, please contact our office.
2. Click the "Conferences" link on the left hand side of the screen, from the drop down menu.
3. Your student's name will appear on the screen. Select "All Conferences".
4. Choose "Select a Time" to see the times available for the teacher.
5. A screen appears with available times. Select a listed time that works for you.
6. You are able to see all of the conferences you have scheduled for your children. If you need to schedule a conference, select "unschedule" and begin the process again.
