Welcome to the Prosser School District Facilities Information page. We are pleased to offer our facilities for various events and activities within our community. To request the use of our facilities, please follow the guidelines and procedures outlined below.
1. Forms Submission: Prior to scheduling any facility use, it is essential to submit the necessary forms. These forms will help us understand your event or activity's requirements and ensure a smooth scheduling process.
Internal Use Form: The internal use form is to be used for Prosser School District events ONLY.
External Use Form: For all external use, including events not affiliated with Prosser School District, please use the external use form.

Complete all required fields on the form, including event details, date, time, and specific facility requirements.
Please ensure that the appropriate form is fully completed before emailing it to facilities@prosserschools.org.
Certificate of Liability Insurance: Please note that for external use requests, you will be required to provide a certificate of liability insurance as part of your application.
2. Review and Approval: Once we receive your request, our team will review it to ensure it aligns with our facility use policies and availability. Approval may be subject to certain conditions and availability.
3. Confirmation: After review and approval, you will receive confirmation of your facility use request, including details about scheduling, fees (if applicable), and any special instructions.
4. Event Coordination: Leading up to your event, our team will work closely with you to coordinate logistics, address any additional needs, and provide support to ensure a successful event.
