Meet the newest addition to the Prosser High School family, Ms. Merin Smith! Originally from Brookhaven, New York, Ms. Smith brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our PE/Health department. She earned her B.S. in Education for K-12 with a concentration in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland and went on to achieve her M.S. in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology K-12 from Western Governors University. Beyond the classroom, Ms. Smith is an adventure seeker, enjoying outdoor activities like hiking and river floating. Lately, she's also delved into the world of sewing, creating new clothes in her free time. Her decision to join Prosser was sparked by the diverse and engaging P.E. classes we offer, and we're thrilled to have her on board! To her future students: Ms. Smith is super excited to meet each one of you and get to know your unique talents and passions. Let's make this school year one to remember!
