NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

1. Conduct a public hearing to receive comments from the public on the proposed issuance of a non-voted limited general obligation bond of the District (the “Bond”).
2. Resolution No. 07-24, which authorizes the District to issue, sell and deliver the Bond to pay costs of (a) making safety, security and infrastructure improvements throughout existing school facilities and (b) carrying out other purposes authorized by RCW 28A.530.080.
